We’re proudly Australian-based and ship orders from our local fulfillment centres to ensure faster delivery across the country.


Q: How long does shipping take?

Standard orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery takes approximately 2–7 business days, depending on your location. Remote areas may take a little longer.


Q: Do you offer express shipping?

Yes, we offer express shipping options at checkout for faster delivery if you need your order urgently.


Q: How much does shipping cost?

We offer flat-rate and free shipping options based on your cart total and location. Final shipping costs will be calculated at checkout.


Q: Can I track my order?

Absolutely. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email to monitor your delivery in real time.

Q: What’s your return policy?

Q: Do you offer refunds?

Yes. Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow up to 5–7 business days for processing.


Q: My item arrived damaged — what should I do?

We’re sorry to hear that! Please email us at admin@cleanorax.com.au within 7 days of delivery with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll sort it out quickly.

Q: Do I need an account to order?

No, you can check out as a guest. However, creating an account lets you track orderssave your address, and view your purchase history.

Each product will specify compatibility. Some of our tools are universal, while others are custom-fit for CleanoraX refills.


Q: Do you sell refill packs or replacement parts?
